Right then Lads, i've slowly come to a decision to buy a set of 4 - 4 pipes for my Z1B , at the mo i have vance and hines 4-1 fitted.

So i started looking around to see where these where available

I e-mailed Kawasaki customer services asking if Kawasaki where ever going to start producing these pipes again, i got the auto reply saying they would reply within 3 days but 6 weeks later i've heard nothing, so no joy there.

So, my question is this, is Z Power my only choice?

Thanks up front

Paul

You have Bernie at Beezeees;

http://www.beezeees.com/modules/news/

and Jeff at Z1 Enterprises in the USA; http://www.z1enterprises.com/

There used to be a company called Zed Supplies in Essex that imported Zed spares, they did have an advert in the club magazine a while ago, not sure if they are still in business.
Is there any particular reason you don't want to use Z Power?

No Phil, no reason at all bought lots of bits from them and there service has always been first class.

Its just the price thats all, like everyone else i'm just looking for the best deal.

Unfortunatly Z Power are not giving the club 10% discount on these parts.

I think you'll find ZPowers price for the original pipes is about as good as it gets, (that's if they are still available here) the same goes for the pattern ones. The prices for these pipes seem to be pretty much the same whichever supplier you use, so by the time you factor in delivery costs etc. if buying from abroad I don't think you'll make much of a saving, they'll probably cost more.
Unfortunately these pipes are just plain expensive, and don't I know it.

There was mention on the forum that genuine sets are still available in France but no details were given, I would be interested in getting a set if someone knows where they are available?

Well thanks to everyone for there replys, after careful consideration i decided that Z Power would be the best option.

So i phoned them today all geared up to do a big spend (knowing that they had some in stock up till Thursday) and guess what, they had sold out!

Bu**er! all hyped up to give them my card details down the phone and sit back and wait for the delivery man, apparently they have another shipment coming in in about 6weeks.

Thats it then, just got to wait and keep telling myself for 6 weeks that i really want them, yes thats what i'll do, keep telling myself that i really need them, 6 weeks thats not a long time is it bawl
