Hey up Oggers, i've done a few 650s etc and always fit taper bearings in headstock and have found Pyramid ones good off ebay based in Dumfries i think , i also have all the bits you mentioned powder coated for colour match etc, if you spend some time blinding all bolt holes and headstock as well as ...

Yep on some models i've had to remove mesh but on most of mine z900 z650s no mesh in there :)

a job i used to dread but practice makes perfect , as Philippe says but i put my airbox rubbers on last through
the airbox hole and straight on with a bit of wigglin , enjoy :)
