vintage z1 clymer manual 73-74

scarce in the us, and even scarcer here. in excellent/ time-warp condition; 2nd print(aug 1975) of 1st print (apr 1975) about 180 pages of detailed technical data. for the serious early Z head. £60.00 inc signed for p+p.

+1 piggy, they are handed, it sounds like pauls is possibly a rhs for a caliper behind the fork fitting...

the brackets' mating face should have very slight circular cut-outs allowing the bracket to fit over the the 2 protruding bumps on the fork leg (the threaded bit) the pads too, could be fatter than required? or the 2nd discs thickness and/or offset could be different from the original lhs one... i h...

thanks Warren, I'll check the link, i have possibly sourced some already, but the seller has various lengths. I'm aiming to test run the carbs then possibly fit keyster kits if required. cheers m

i recently bought some pumper carbs which came with no air screws or springs!!!. does anyone know how long they should be?? (screws +springs) probably the same as non-pump vm28 but I'd like to be sure before ending up with wrong ones. cheers in advance.. m

i totally agree chris..they're great bikes in their own right, but can be tailored to your needs like anything else.. steve (above) still kept the 16 on the back n headlight brackets n the bike looks great.

hi ogri, welcome aboard! the ltd frame is almost/identical to the z900 frame apart from the frame code..the tank, seat n mudguards are a direct swap..the wheels can be changed but the ltd has a rear disc and associated plumbing too instead of rear drum so not so straightforward : the swinging arms a...
