ian, the simplest, cheapest remedy for the clean air malarkey is to join the two stubs with a bit of rubber hose, the 28mm carbs bill mentioned are mine and are from a 79ltd mk2 and unfortunately have bids on them. hi Greenmamba, judging by the silence; I'd say they're kinda scarce! the trouble is; once removed from the drum; both the drum n the end-plate are worthless without each other..if that makes sense? anyhow!!! I've got a whole assembly i could live without, n happy to help mate. m

you can get in-line thermostats swirl thats what lockhart use, try ebay 'mocal in line thermostat' good prices for related unions etc n free postage last time I looked. m
