Thks for the links ,I had heard of j&e engineering but not the other, all 8 guides are worn being a earlyish z1 , it was running fine for 7 years then this year developed a rattle on warm up . So in the garage she goes , rattle was a broken cam chain guide , so got all new guides & rollers e...

Sorry not all GPZs need to be red ima . Same bike red pic on the day I bought it from some shop in Sowerby Bridge & green 8 months later painted by either devil or demon paint in Newcastle . Pics in 85 . Paint it any colour you like its yours , be yourself.
