Re: Long rear mudguard
Thanks mjay, that’s exactly what I need.
It’s not an early z1, it’s a ‘76 Kz900c with a wider squared off bottom to match the light shape, so no good for a z1

Re: Long rear mudguard
It’s a Kz900c ex chips bike, so it had a painted long rear mudguard with no reflector fitted

Long rear mudguard
Hi all, I’m fitting a reflector to my long rear mudguard. As there wasn’t one fitted before I don’t know the exact position, I was hoping someone could tell me the hole positions relative to the lower edge of the mudguard.
Thanks hopefully
Nick.

Re: Brake calliper
Thanks mate, I’ve just realised I bought a rear facing calliper which should have a banjo bolt not a metal pipe. What a pain, otherwise they are exactly the same, there must be a way of fitting a metal pipe

Brake calliper
Hi all, I have just fitted a second disc on my Kz900c. All was going well until I started bleeding, the pipe into the new calliper was leaking, when I went to try and tighten it I noticed the pipe was very loose even though the nut was tight. When I compared it to the original there was a nipple mis...

Anyone know how indie500 got on with his problems ?
I hope he sorted it, it’s worth persevering.

Re: Kz900 won’t rev over 3k
No all new keyster kit. Iv just done what Rob suggested, lifted the needles a notch. Although it still bogs a little bit the mains take over earlier now so it isn’t such a problem. The air screws are 1 3/4 turns out at the moment and the plugs are going a nice light colour, with a bit more tuning it...

Re: Kz900 won’t rev over 3k
So why are the air screws only 1/2 turn out? And why are the plugs very dark? If the mix is weak surely the plugs should be light colour?
