Hi Guys, The carb kits were Keystar and in my opinion there rubbish.. ok needle jets, the aftermarket ones are made oversize so useless. Ive been advised by Steve at MotoCarb that the original Mikuni data sheets contained incorrect data regarding the needle jets so i guess thats why the aftermarket ...

Ok, more progress.. As I've posted i have the carbs completely stripped down to bare bodies to double check everything air/fuel ways etc and with the Mighty Vac I've tested the refurbished choke plungers by zed1015 and they hold vacum unlike the old ones so no leaks there and no open choke circuit w...

Hi Nick, I have the same problem so this thread is really interesting, I've done all the things you have tried and still the same, big flat spot at 3k.
