If it has locked the relay closed, now the fuse has been changed may it have fried the coils?

Re: Front brake problem
Thanks Philippe. The brakes are fine now, it was the blocked hole. When the brake is applied the calipers are solid, when released have a little bit of wobble, so all good. I do need to get a front lever though as the ball is missing. Will bear in mind what you've mentioned, Cheers

Re: Twisted but where?
It's back in one piece. The clinometer on the forks measure a flickering 59/60 on each leg. They were 2 degs out from each other before, so the little bending but manly the new yokes have done the trick. Whilst it was stripped I was having a nose at other parts of the frame. The bottom rhs front eng...

Re: Front brake problem
Done in 5 minutes. Quick pump of the brake lever to expel air, reverse bleed using my pop bottle syringe followed by a convention bleed to get any remaining air out of the calipers.
What a difference a hole makes.

Re: Front brake problem
Yep, I thought that but my eyes are shite. Without the hole on the lhs there would be no way to reverse bleed, It was defying logic. Off to find a needle

Re: Front brake problem
Thanks Warren, done all the juggling of the splitter. Is that return hole the lhs one on my photo? Got an idea that my me the problem. The piston forces the fluid down but then sucks it back. It is impossible to get a reverse bleed, The MC won't accept anything in the wrong direction

Front brake problem
Just putting the ST back together and took the opportunity to swap the master cylinder to splitter brake hose. Can I bleed it, like hell. The master cylinder was overhauled 4/5 years ago as were the calipers. Prior to this issue the brakes have been outstanding albeit with a slight issue that would ...

Re: Twisted but where?
Stuff turned up
Very impressed with the seller, well packaged, good communication and left lots of bits on that other sellers take off and sell separately. Going to throw them on tomorrow to see where I really am.

Re: Twisted but where?
Did some more today. Couldn't improve it any further with a jack alone because no matter how many straps were attacked it was tilting the bike and lifting the rhs of the ctr stand.. The yokes are buggered and good ones should be arriving this week. So a slight melange of plans. Stress the headstock ...
