Thanks Peeps, i guessed as much from the searches i did and yep, tbh I didn;t even realise the one i had wasn't quite right until i took it off, so I'll stick with it until the magic fairies get me a genuine one for less than the cost of a holiday.

Just discovered my air box isn't original/correct, the one i have is marked KHI DGM 31311 S and KHI DGM 33280 S, could be off a Z1R but only based on some searches I've done. Will be happy to let this go if I can swap or source the correct 900 A4 air box....

So it wasn't a split, the carb wasn't installed properly, the rubber was pinched inside the carb blocking the opening to the inlet a little and probably also letting in air past the clamp which wasn't seated properly. Anyway, I've ordered a new set (4) from Z-Power and will get it all back on proper...

Hi Warren, I believe the exhaust is the Z-Power pattern (as the bike was refurbished by them). I've tried colourtuning and those settings seem to be the best I can get.
