I've always used a shop that grinds flywheels,never had a problem.

Does anybody know if theres a good prying point to get a cylinder head loose from a block on a 650 without damaging it?
Not having much luck so far.
Cams and chain are out of way,and all head nuts are off.

When converting from bushings to the double needle bearings on each side,or even from single to double needle bearings I've taken swingarms to a machinist to have the pivot checked to make sure it was straight,nakes life much easier when installing new bearings and shaft.

I like that rear master cylinder,is it easier to find a rebuild kit for that than the 80 kz1000 rear master cylinder with remote res?

The front was originally made to have just one disc, but being built up, the hubs can be unbolted and machined to take a second disc. This is how they looked on my old drag bike..
