I’ve restored a few Z2’s. Yes 0.004” would be the point of a rebore. If you use IMD pistons/rings these are made from superior materials and the bore would be skirt OD (measured at right angle to small ends) + 0.0015-0.002”. I’ve restored a few Z2’s. Z2 750 Bore service limits
Anyone know what the cylinder bore service limits are on a Z2 750, bore is 64mm just checking on wear limits whilst tidying up a few things. I see the Z1 900 is standard 66mm with a wear limit of 66.10mm. Thanks.

Z1 Carb spring seat Part No 16057-003
Does anyone have a a spare spring seat kicking around. They sit inside the carb linkage mechanism on Z1 carbs, they’re sprung loaded and one of mine jumped out and made a bid for freedom, can’t find the fella anywhere. It’s the small part in the picture. It's worth a visit an interesting mix of classic bikes and cars, and it's in my local village so I would say that wouldn't I. It'd be great to see a few fellow Zed owners there!
