Exhaust glowing
I have a kawasaki z750 ltd. It hasn't been out for a couple of months so I went and started her up tonight. I notice the exhaust manifolds were glowing red hot when it ran for s few minutes. It was only on 1 and 3 cylinder I presume its lean on those two carbs How do I adjust the air mixture Here is...

I've actually swapped the bars to standard z bars
I havent gone back to the standard ltd ones they were too high
