Hi all, any feedback on the Z Power pattern head gaskets? are they ok? I have a genuine O ring but being tight there is a massive difference in the cost of genuine and pattern gaskets.

Thanks for the info, I will try setting on full advance but many change the points first, as the issue seems to be only on 1/4. The bike was running Boyer but it was a mess so I bought a secondhand pints plate on eBay which luckily came with a points cam too. New points and condensers are on order.

I found the springs on Z Power so have ordered them, but the question still remains, will it affect the running? I'm struggling to get the 1/4 to time anywhere near close to the F mark on the strobe. Thanks.

Hi, is there anyway to get new springs for the advancer? mine are so stretched I cant get the timing right as it flicking around on tick over. If I set it fully advanced with the sloppy unit affect the running? just trying to set up a fully rebuilt engine and carbs. Thanks.

It's been such a long time since I pulled this bike apart I cant figure out the wiring now. It's an A4 rebuilding using Z Power loom, fuse box and sub loom. So I have a double white female from the solenoid, a white single female from fuse box, white/red male also from fuse box and a male single whi...

I thought I'd post this, a big ask but you never know. I have bought a fully painted set of Z1B candy blue panels for my A4, so I now have a set of Z1B side panels that obviously don't fit, so has anybody got a set of A4 panels in Candy blue to sell, or do a deal on with my Z1B panels?
