Some technical advice sought please. can you fit a swingarm from an 80s z750 into a 79 z1000ltd? Ive found a old school type braced swinger and as i was intending on converting to 18inch on the rear wheel would use the whole 750 rear assembly. Im not fazed by making spacers etc. Thanks

I bought them as an unbranded z1 type replica at a kempton park auto jumble a few years ago. I'll have a close look this weekend for Manufacturers mark.

New on here but my slightly different z. About to fit an 18" rear wheel and lockhart oil cooler with inline thermostat. Hopefully some frame and swingarm bracing soon.
