That's a very nice mk11, colour is great but I particularly like the beefy looking back end with the swing arm and brake hanger plate.

My j has 1170 kit, hot cams, gsxr1100 carbs and other tuning work all done in 1985, and ran perfectly fine on original coils until I stopped riding it about 15 years ago. One of my favourite rides. I was there on Friday on my J and called into Winkle brewery for a swift half of shandy, surrounding roads towards the leek side are great as well.

Like you said, not everyone's cup of tea, but what a great thing to have in the garage, and a great conversation piece.
