Hi I had an issue with the ignition switch on my LTD - basically it started jamming so it couldn't be turned with the key without considerable force. I managed to source a replacement which has the exact same dimensions as the original, so it fits in the top yoke, but the wiring colours are differen...

The one I was looking for is exactly the same as in your first photo. I'm trying to trace an electrical problem and though it was the switchgear that was the problem but I've now discovered it's not so I'm not needing it anymore. Back to the drawing board

Hello
I'm looking for a right hand switchgear for a Z1000 LTD K1 (1981) bike if anyone has a spare they're able to sell.
The part number is : 460911155 and it appears it was fitted to multiple bikes around that time......Z1000J1,2,3, Z1100, Z750.

It is indeed fiddly. In the end I just took the throttle bodies back off.

A bit of progress over the last few weeks. Heliccoils on the stripped threads, new piston rings fitted, barrels honed, head back on, camshaft timing done.
