I have a set of Henry Abe wheels and tyres that I didn't use in the rebuild of my Z1000A1.

I also have a Motad 4 into 1. It's not perfect as it has a few small dents, so I'm not looking for much money for it.

I needed a new master cylinder with a larger diameter piston (20 mm) as opposed to the 15.8 mm one I bought originally.

Repair to the head worked out OK, so she’s now running sweetly as well.

Thanks Zed1015. Attached is the extract from the MOT Testers Manual that led me to believe it was not needed for pre 1999 bikes. My error I guess.

Hi. Changing the heads a bit drastic and could lead to other problems/costs if it isn't good condition. I suggest getting the stud out, welding the boss including filling the hole, drill, helicoil and fit a new stud. Any reputable garage/shop should be able to do this sort of thing. I agree complet...
