Re: Henry Abe Wheels

I’m open to reasonable offers. If you check the start of the thread, I was trying to get a feel for their value before putting them up for sale.

Re: Henry Abe Wheels

They will be put up for sale Chrisu, either via this website, or on Ebay. The purpose of my original question was to establish what a reasonable price was for them here in the UK. I have seen prices (mainly from the USA, of over $1500), and I had an offer from a US based owner for $1200, but that ha...

No Paul. I still have them.

Apologies for the tardy reply, but I still don't get notifications from this site when a reply is added to my question. I'm not sure why. As a result, I missed your reply.

If you are interested let me know.

Henry Abe Wheels

It's time to clear out my garage of some of the bits left over from restoring my Z1000A1. I've got a set of Henry Abe wheels with new tyres to sell, which I will put up here on the For Sale section. However, I have no idea of a realistic value for them, and I need a price before I can list them ther...

Re: 3 Old Classics in One Picture :-)

Stunning bike, club members seem to get some very interesting back drops for their bike pic's which also give some good ideas for days out. Thanks Kev. A local bike club arranged a photo evening at the Newark Aviation Museum, so you could take your bike right up to the exhibits. The only problem wa...

Thanks Kev. I was holding out during the resto trying to find a 4 into 2, but gave up in the end and opted for the Delkevic 4 into 1.

Re: Z1000A2 aftermarket parts OR complete bike wanted

I have a set of Henry Abe wheels and tyres that I didn't use in the rebuild of my Z1000A1.

I also have a Motad 4 into 1. It's not perfect as it has a few small dents, so I'm not looking for much money for it.

Re: Out for some fresh air!

Niggles now sorted. :D

I needed a new master cylinder with a larger diameter piston (20 mm) as opposed to the 15.8 mm one I bought originally.

Repair to the head worked out OK, so she’s now running sweetly as well.
