My Z1000A1 Rider has quit charging, I have bought a replacement all in One regulator / rectifier unit, But it comes with no fitting instructions. I assume that the beige wires on the unit should go where the 3 Yellow wires went - Is there a specific order for these or can they go anywhere? White obv...

We ARE talking Z1 here and not Z900 ? Soft wrap and clamp the Zinc (SOLID) end of the axle in a vice, if you are going to use heat then use minimal on the speedo drive end, and it should jut come undone normally, if you struggle then get a REALLY good wide adjustable that grips it snugly, use a scaf...
