Guyz could some one with a z thou measure up the rear footpeg brackets please ,need the gauge of the steel and what dimension square section they are made from,mine have gone walkies at some point in the resto..Ta Paul j

Yep defo not z thou,3 or 4 options i reckon,contact John Brose or Dk,s for a gen one,try to adapt what you have to accept filter and use repro a4 type snorkel,use repro airbox for Z1b,put wanted on here for a4 or thou airbox or fit pods,i know it is getting hard to find the real mc coy..Good luck..P...

Proper chain riveting tool is the ideal tool but i have always used an old vice which i use an old sledge hammer head in as an anvil,let the chain droop down after fitting and use a concave metal punch to peen the pin links over,others will disagree but has always been a trusted technique for me.

Wip the sump off,will give you more options and make it easier to work on,plus you can clean out the sump and pump mesh filter,if it does knacker up its an easy fix with a 14mm timsert or similar,have had to do this meself in the past,good luck..
