Just checked it and the regulator I have. there are 3 yellow 1 brown 1 black and 1 white coming from it. So does it plug in the white or green? The plug on it is green

The REGULATOR is a replacement from power. Not got a rectifier on bike for some reason.

Wiring loom question

Hi,my Z hasn’t been used for 3years, I am fitting a new loom. My question is what plugs into the second plug from left next to the green one behind the LH side panel.

It will have a m6 bolt going in 2 sides to stop it turning. Obviously the locking spacer will be the other way round before anyone says anything. :D

Will get a pic. Using a replacement standard style nut. But the thread showing on the shaft isn’t as much because the offset sprocket is thicker than a standard sprocket. Even tried to have the nut around the other way so the locking part is on the thread and it still come loose.

Off set sprocket coming loose

Any one else have problems with the nut that holds the front sprocket keeping coming loose on a offset sprocket? The thing is the spline doesn’t come through it so the tab washer doesn’t do it’s job.

Hi, not been on here for a while. The Z has not really been ridden for the past 3 years. I am going to get it back to working this winter. What I want to know is how is the best way of fitting standard clocks with a modern wheel that has no speedo drive. Is there a digital conversion available ?
