Re: Contact for machined parts

Gingerbear thanks for the contact. Zedhead, I have drawings in Autocad format if you have another contact. I have a Dymag front wheel and specially made discs to fit the wheel with standard calipers and 280mm discs. They overheated so I had brackets made to fit Tokico two pot calipers for which I ca...

Contact for machined parts

Anyone know of a good contact?
I need some caliper mounting brackets made (I want to fit larger front discs as the current ones overheat on the track).
I've sent drawings to a couple of people and had no response.

Thanks

Re: Trackday Calendar 2018

Of the CBT days Donington yes Oulton Park yes. That’s a bank holiday weekend so will stay Friday night to avoid traffic and watch some of the CRMC Racing on Saturday. Cadwell yes Castle Combe - probably. Not sure yet if I’ll be away on holiday and if the bike will pass the test (105 dB but at 3/4 re...

Georgia USA

Spotted these whilst on my bike trip in September. The last picture is on the Cherohala Skyway. The 20mph only applies to Harley riders. For those adventure bike riders, the road behind me leads to the Trans American Trail. I appoligize to those offended by pictures of H****s https://farm5.staticfli...

Re: Classic bike track days Cadwell

Excellent but very tiring weekend. Noisy rooks/crows waking everyone up in their tents at 4am (or walking over the van roofs) Saturday morning then people in the campsite on the piss until 1am Sunday morning doesn't help. Big thanks to Al for cooking Saturday night. Apologies for not being on a Kawa...

Re: Winter sun

Parc Moto is one of the tracks I'm interested in riding - has a crossover bridge so equal amount of RH and LH corners.
Cartagena looks tight and twisty with only one main straight so also interests me. Though not sure if I'd use a classic bike on either.

Re: Winter sun

Rob, only caught up with you briefly at Donington.
How was it?
I'm thinking of doing a Spain one next year?

Re: Snetterton - 3rd June

Although I can't do Snetterton in June, I'm looking into going Saturday 22nd July with MSV or Rockingham 15th July with No Limits.

Those dates interest anyone?

Re: Donington 2017 6th - 7th May

Hope to be there 5-6 pm Friday for the induction. I've booked a place in the campsite not knowing about the free camping, I assume we can leave the bikes in the paddock though. I will bring my gazebo which I can put up in the paddock to give cover for three or four bikes. Or put the sides on and giv...

Re: Rockingham International

I had a great day and good to meet those who were there. I drove there the night before in constant rain but luckily the day was dry. All tracks will have a first left hander after lots of rights, or as Rockingham International is anti clockwise, a right hander - at least this is fairly slow one. Ev...

Re: Donnington 6 and 7 May 2017 Endurance Legends Weekend

I've booked a pitch on the campsite. Not cheap but less than a hotel and more convenient.
What's the score Saturday morning? Anyone know if we can ride track bikes from the campsite to the paddock?
Is there noise testing and if so is this available Friday evening?

I'm going to try to change my holiday dates so I do Cadwell. My holiday clashes with someone else anyway. Need to get my money's worth out of the old Routemaster I brought. Might do a track day a Snetterton or Rockingham over Easter to try her out. Brian Have changed my holiday and booked both days...
