that's part of frame and do's not have a part No though a chap on ebay makes them and toon at the z1r owners register has made one or 2 so can b bought !! make sure the mounts for the cover is correct or the seat lock opening in the cover don't line up with the lock seen it happen ok

The z250 has the same light bracket as a z1r but with indicator stalks 24mm a side shorter a lot fitted them back in the day to tidy up back end easy to fix 2 welds ground off and replace tube with one 48mm longer easy done
