Grease gun as Paul said. Put the caliper back together if split, put pistons back in and clamp the free ones. could someone with the genuine Kawasaki workshop manual kindly tell me the correct code for the needle jets on the A4 carbs. Then I can order new ones from Allens before removing the old worn ones.

are you sure that you are not suffering with slightly more seal stiction than usual in the calipers, especially with the pistons being stainless rather than chromed finish ?
