OR STUPID QUESTION TIME? Could a ring (centre scraper ring)be used from another engine with the same bore??? Ive noticed zx6 kawasaki's have a 69mm bore? I noticed as well on an american egay ad somebody had a H**** xr250r listed on a kawasaki ring fitment? One piston ring away from a finished engin...

Im after too be honest just a single middle ring for a z1000j.
Can anybody help please?

69mm bore approx.
The barrels were on a gpz11 bottom end,and we presumed that it was an 1100,but noticed the numbers 998 on the block.

In my defence,I do actually ride a kawasaki most days. A new fangled water cooled thing called a ZZR1100. They'll never take off though. Bloody rubbish. :lol:
