Thanks Keith.
The mounting studs do seem ‘uncomfortably’ close to the coil terminals. I’ll address that when I reinstall everything.
Cheers.

Re: Dyna S ignition problem
Cheers Phil & Al.
Really useful advice, thanks. Just what I needed to know.
I’ll give Chris/Grumpy 1260 a bell.
Looking forward to getting it fixed.
Thanks again guys.

Re: Dyna S ignition problem
Interesting, thanks John. I’ve had it on my Zed for 25+ years, but that doesn’t in any way reflect the mileage. I never really felt a huge difference in spark performance but liked the fit it and forget aspect of it. In this instance, the 2/3 module resembles a nasty, stinky piece of black porky scr...

Dyna S ignition problem
My 78 1000 has a problem. Background - it has Dynatek Dyna S ignition and Dynacoils & Taylor leads. It has the Wired George relay trick fitted too. Anyway, last Friday it started running poorly and felt like it was running badly on one cylinder but not really manifesting which one it was - just ...

Re: PMC pillion footrest assemblies - New
Hi Stuart.
Really sorry for the slow reply but have been unable to log in for ages. Didn’t mean to ingore your message.
Unfortunately the pegs were sold. Got little response here so eventually sold them on eBay.
Hope you got sorted with some alternatives.
Kind regards,
Hilton

Re: Z1000A2 Back brake caliper
Thanks Steve.
Wasn’t sure.
This has been hanging around my garage for yonks.
Well - if someone wants to offer more I’ll put the whole lot back into the club or they can donate to the club - whichever works best/easiest. Was going to let it go for nothing.
Thanks.

Z1000A2 Cafe-modified
I've owned this bike since 1992 - That's some 24 years......blimey, how time flies! During this time it's been through many stages - from original spec restoration to what you see now. I always wanted one as a teenager back in the day when all my mates' big brothers had them and I loved the way they...
