Kawasaki Z1000a2 came with spoked wheels, however with alloy wheels being offered as an upgrade. Which would ...

They're an acquired taste, a bit like the Kawasaki W650 was. Did change my riding habits at he time, more laid back.

Re: Got another XS650

Good start. Is that a XS650 US Special ? - I am a bit concerned about your Rearsets back plate - not sure timber board is a good idea. LOL. Super lovely bikes the XS650. Used to have one with slash cut open silencers, lovely exhaust note on them. A dealer just down the road from me has got one for s...

Re: B fork springs and brake pads (now)

And it all becomes clear! The stanchions have been re chromed at some point and had high points in the chrome and were sticking in the lower leg as it slide in. A quick polish with nice and abrasive solvol autosol seems to high "adjusted" it and now it slides in and out without jamming. R...

Would not call - Motobatt a top quality battery. I would nt touch one of these with a barge pole, after having them on 2 bikes. First one had a melt down. Second one would nt hold its charge.

Only use YUASA GEL batteries now.
