All I know - is the Oil seal fitted between the Two crankcases is essential as if not fitted reduces the oil pressure up to camshafts in the cylinder head.

Thats where the banjo bolt on the brake line fites, never seen a cap like that before, (your bottom picture). Set up is the same as exploded diagrams below - Z900 - Z1000 A1, A2, A3, 1976 - 1980

That is nasty. Someone cut too many corners and should not be allowed near an engine. Did you find an owners manual ? As Mark says. Most likely condensation. Don't use any additives.. Waste of time, not needed and may possibly cause clutch slip if you are unlucky. If you feel it needs a flush out due to the lay-up then just drain the oil when hot and replace with fresh 10/40 semi . I wouldn't bother with liqui mol...
