It’s a 2 owner bike. I bought the bike off a friend in 1985, who had had it from new, (with the 18 inch alloys front and back). I have known the bike from new as he lived 4 houses away. We used to hang out with the same group- The Wheelhouse Club.

Re: Z1000 a1 alloy wheels

The alloys on my Z1000A2 - which have been on the bike from new are both 18 inch alloys and are identical to Z1R. 19...

Re: Z1000 a1 alloy wheels

I quite fancy having alloys on the a1 that's next inline for a spruce up, I have seen a set from a z1000 police bike and was wondering if they are the same wheels as the a2 had, any idea's? Kawasaki Z1000a2 came with spoked wheels, however with alloy wheels being offered as an upgrade. Which would ...

Re: Got another XS650

Good start. Is that a XS650 US Special ? - I am a bit concerned about your Rearsets back plate - not sure timber board is a good idea. LOL. Super lovely bikes the XS650. Used to have one with slash cut open silencers, lovely exhaust note on them. A dealer just down the road from me has got one for s...
