Re: Z900 A4 fuel leak any ideas please?
Ah ok Warren that makes sense, so are you saying you shouldnt double washer the float valve, as per Zpowers bulletin or bemd tab more to compensate. My trouble is i have 2 workshop manuals a Haynes and the Kawasaki one both show the Z1 type carbs not the A4 later ones, even the suplememt diesnt sho...

Front wheel has 6 bolt holes. Z900 / Z1000 / Z1R discs all have 4 bolt holes.
Re: Partzilla
I'm after 4 x front brake caliper to fork leg mounting bolts (flanged head) M10 x 41, part number 92001-1355, and 1 x brake piston, part number 43020-1096. I want all as OEM parts, bolts can be used but good as I'll re-plate them. Top quality stainless piston considered. Cheers Links to zed parts i...

Re: Partzilla
Patella are in the USA. https://www.partzilla.com/help/contact I have never used them as I expect you’ll get stung for import duty and handling charges. If I need any OEM parts I try Cradley Heath kawasaki first or CsMNL in the Netherlands. Parts purchased from CSMNL seem to sail through customs. ht...

Re: Clock crimp ring.
Z fever in Germany sells them. Due to Brexit and export paperwork he will not sell to UK through his shop. If you send him an email, he’ll send a PayPal invoice and post. Totally reliable guy. You may have to pay import duty + a handling fee. https://z-fever.de/shop/en/product_info.php?info=p1498_ri...

My take is - Hard chrome from Philpots - you do it once and forget. Pattern chrome quality is unknown.

Re: Z900 rear wheel or Hub (Drum Brakes)
Can’t see why it wouldn’t fit. But it’s not the correct rear brake for a Z900A4 Drum brake is correct fitment. I prefer the drum brake, as the standard disc drake is pretty much useless. Have you got the correct swing-arm. Torque Arm connection bracket for Disc brake is on the top of Swing-arm. Drum...
