From my understanding you do not fill that part in, bike is over 10 years old and not a newly produced vehicle type.

Exhaust not Harris, yours is stainless and looks like an exhaust craft muffler, Harris are mild steel chromed.

My dyna has been on for around 10 years and it's been no problem running, if it were to go wrong I would go boyer, the reason being I have had a fair few bikes with boyers and always been reliable and you don't need to rely on the advance unit as it's programmed in the box, I also feel that bad conn...

If you are not worried by non original looks, go for tygon, it's clear yellow but you have to have wire spring around it as it has a tendency to kink, I use it on mine.

I use tygon hose, but you have to use fine wire springs around it so it follows a curve as it kinks too easily.

Nothing wrong with Versah head gaskets, I have never used sealant on the o ring either and have not had any leaks ever.

I believe the swingarm is the same length, here's my ltd, braced stock swingarm and frame, stainless Harris knockoff.

Exhaustcraft done this Harris style can years ago, shark system with 70mm link pipe.

After lots of looking my conclusion is they have been in there since fettling in the original foundry, conditioned cut wire shot.
