Re: Rear wheel spacers [again]

sorry don't have that measurement for 42036-033

if your stuck, you can drop in sometime and l'll drop my wheel out so you can size up all the collars spaces, only takes a few minutes.

Re: Z1R TRIPPPLE TREE'S

Thanks Keith, my Aust compliance D3 has the lock thru frame and it's shown in Aust genuine 1979 D2 parts book, lock is same part number as D3, but not D1 (probably due to key number range), l don't have books for D1 or D3 but online shows this. l thought all bikes wood have a steering lock in these ...

All good down here thanks Neil, actually things never been better, looks like we got thru the GFC and slowly picking up, light at the end of the tunnel. Z1R TRIPPPLE TREE'S

Does anyone know the differences between D1 and D3 tree's, they have different parts numbers?

Perhaps change of rake to suit the 18/19" wheels?

It's the Ozzie one's, the type with steering lock thru the frame on the RHS into stem tube.

Thanks in advance.

INTERNAL SPARK PLUG THREAD RESTORER

Anyone have an idea where l can get one these for Zed's?

It's the type that goes into the plug hole, expanded, starts on the good threads, then screws out, bingo.

Did have it saved on 'putor but she fried and now l've lost it. Thanks

Garn.............................. you must have missed matched/blow in Zorst's, l know for fact the KZ1000LTD Jardine system had the four drain plugs, knew a guy many years ago who fitted grease nipples to said plug holes and give her a dozen squirts before storage over winter. Re: A few stupid Q's

Also have a leak on the right side of the barrel, virtually below the 10mm bolt in the centre left of the head. For the life of me I cannot see where the leak originates but it is enough to give a bit of a spray back, compression is spot on, no signs of failed gasket Bout 6 years ago had my Z1B top...

If no success, make your way to Mandurah and l'll have a look, 2nd set of eyes always handy, plus we can go fo...
