Cheap full sugar coke and Acid based toilet cleaner 3:1 leave for seven days rinse with white spirit or turps, remove the tap and sender (if fitted )or it wil destroy them

Either the previous owner has glued it in or it is full of crap try soaoking with some realeasing fluid, or similar. I suppose the obvious question is " does it swing through the 90' that is required to open the seat cover ? If it it does then the spring holding tangs are probably too wide apar...

You could tap the "Quick links" top RHS select members, alist will appear , there is a location box in the table.

Then scroll through the pages and anybody that has stated Norfolk will be apparent. long and laborious but it would give you what you want.
