I've a used one from a Z400J, it has a different part number, although the part numbers sometimes change.
Anyway, if you want to try to see if it fits, get in touch, we're both in Belfast

Re: GPz cam bolt thread stripped
I remember from years ago, the torque for these in the manual was wrong, too high. But I THINK it was the Z1100R manual, but might be worth checking as it's around the same era, just in case.

No problem. PM me your email address.
It's 145MB, might be OK to get through email, if not I'll use Wetranser or similar.

What was a simple effective system where you put a part numb...

Re: GPZ750 engine numbers
I've a manual that covers 750s up to 1984, last one being the ZX750-A2.
But, the back cover only shows frame numbers, not engine numbers.
If that's any use, I'll scan the back cover for you.

Re: Rechromed 1000r forks
Here's a link to their site, if it helps.
https://www.pittedforks.co.uk
Can be slow (cos they're busy!), I've used them for two projects and have been very happy with the results.

Re: Z250 77 to early 80's models
There's a downloadable parts list here, but only seems to cover the A1, not the A3 http://www.z250.co.uk/z250a.html The membrane/piston assembly for the A1/2 is 16059-005, which Cradley say is replaced with 16126-1042 -£178! But for the A3 the part number is listed as 43028-1023, only £133.8...

Thanks. If you could have a look at postage too...
Parcel Force/Royal Mail don't have a surcharge to send to NI, a lot of others (DPD) do.
