Re: Not quite finished KZ900LTD
Arnold Sorry about the delay in responding, but stuck doing other bikes and haven’t logged on lately. I bought a Z900 side stand from Z Power and now doesn’t lean over quite so far. Not quite finished KZ900LTD
DC9E7571-9049-46FA-81C3-C149FC405C9C.jpeg look Since this photo was taken, I had to get a new tank and have it repainted as the original had rusted from the inside (costly mistake). Another side stand which keeps the bike more upright. Still haven’t been out in it yet as the bad weather came along ...

Z900ltd fuel tank
Hi all
Does anyone have a good condition fuel tank they want to sell? It needs to be in good condition on the inside, as I don’t want another costly failure after an expensive paint job for it to develope pin holes and you can guess the rest!!!

Re: Rear grab rail
Thanks for the advice lads, but I managed to get the rail to fit after being very gentle with a a grinder with different wheels.
No damage to the chrome, so as you cannot see the rework unless you look really really close, I’m going to seal the rail with metal paste.

Rear grab rail
Afternoon all
Has anybody installed Ohlins rear shocks and gone to fit the grab rail only to find it doesn’t fit anymore as the top of the shocks prevent two threaded lugs from lining up with the two frame holes!!!
Gutted.
Any fixes ????
Thanks Mike

It’s Burnt Orange Candy with flake plus Silver. Unfortunately it clashed with the Zephyr wheels on my bike, so now being painted Satin Black.
