the tube is only pressed in. warn the tap with a heat gun & gently pull it out . measure the pipe diameter & you can buy it in short lengths on e bay

it should be attached to a bracket & bolted on top of one of the ignition coils & has two blue wires & should look like this if it still has one fitted

yes a voltage drop of between 1-2 volts at the coils is normal with dyna s the only way to improve your headlight is to fit one with an h4 bulb but you will need to bypass the headlight resistor

no mark on either rod or crank. dont forget to plastigauge the bearing inserts
