David compressed air will clear loose debris but but these passageways are only the thickness of the wire in a wire brush you either need them put in a ultrasonic cleaner or use a chemical like what i already suggested i know you must be pissed of taking them of & stinking of petrol but abandoni...

have you got battery voltage at the yellow/red wires at the ignition coils when the ignition is switched on ? if not you need to check the r/h switch . you can disconnect the switch & put a 12v feed to the yellow/red wires direct from the battery + then turn the ignition on & short the two m...

yes it has twin cables the same switch as a 1000rx apart from the wiring length

the us version only has 2 rubber blanks on the inlet manifold rubbers so i presume the other two are vacuum take of for the fuel tap & accelerator pump

try putting some extra pressure on the choke plunger when the colour tune is fitted see if it makes any difference

there is a air jet in the back of each carb which exits out of one of the small holes by the slides as does the fuel mixture passage. if you squirt wd 40 down these passageways it should come out of these holes by the slides
