if you are replacing the liners why dont you measure them when they are removed from the cylinders

it will be fine you wont be able to spin it over fast enough by hand unless you use an impact gun on the sprocket nut

when my sons extractor packed up i used a wet & dry vacuum from wickes only about £35 did the job better than the industrial one he had

just a bit of reshaping the arm for the float or you could buy the proper one for the job

kawasaki gt 750 & gt 550 are very similar both use 6 hole mounting & could be easily modified to do the job
