Re: z1000 a2

Unfortunately not everyone who passes on a converted Ltd will be straight about it. It's a common conversion and can save on paying an inflated price for essentially the same thing all bar the number on the frame . It's a better bet to do some tasteful mods to it than a genuine A2 , not that it shou...

Re: Z1100 Z1000 heads barrels

Hi, I'm looking for a top end to fit a Z1100 ST bottom end. Not sure if Z1000J heads and barrels are the same fitment other than cc? Trying to acquire parts as I go but don't want to look for parts that are not compatible. Will also need carbs, cams etc. Cheers, Rob Aren't you doing a 1000 ST , not...

Re: Inner forks

I don't have the parts you need but the best fork rechrome places are trading and have been for a long time . Philpotts and Dynasurf . Can't fault their work and it's probably better than factory original. The general finish on Kawasakis wasn't brilliant around the time of the 1000r and GPZ's . More...

Re: Z1000st rear mudguard

Hi men as I've mentioned before, way back in the past, the rear mudguards of an ST and a MK2 look the same but they aren't. They're very hard to find because a lot of them were cut in the past. Have a look in the topic " differences between ST and MK2" Good luck with the search for a long...

There is a points system .

Re: Nova certificate

Decided not to buy the h2 or anything else. Needed lots of work and wasn't as many new parts with it as I thought. Wasn't sure about any tax that might be due because he didn't have anymore paperwork. Still got the 1000j for sale, would consider a decent offer to make space if I do buy anything els...

Price reduction on the cases. A4 Cases £250.00 Z1 b cases £350 . A lot cheaper than any on ebay.

Re: Nova certificate

From what I have gathered when enquiring the same was it needs to be as close to a complete bike as possible , doesn't need to be running . Not a box of bits . There is a chance no one will come to see it , only a chance. I have registered bikes previously and no one came but the last one I tried to...

Re: Z1000st parts wanted

Why don't you do a chain drive conversion with a Z or Bandit 1200 engine and run later swing arm wheels etc . Look at the projects section there is a nice one in there . "As good as finished" plus I started a thread "poor mans mk2"
