Silver ring has no markings.
Dark ring has STD on it

Just got new set of STD Z1000 rings.
Have checked them and they are sqaure,so im asuming it doesnt mater what way up they go.

not sure if its rings as head is being checked out.just wanted the info just incase.
But engine firm said all the evidence pointed to the head but can't find a fault,but are doing a check for cracks.but if not it must be in the bottom end. And as boars are good it must be rings

my 900 has been bored out to 1015 and has standard pistons.
What replacement rings would i need?

I didn't replace the guid.the valve was a bit sloppy.but didnt seem more than the others
i have used a endoscope to see inside the engine.There seems to be oil in the inlet port.but not sure if its running down the valve,or there may be a crack in the head somewhere

Is it possible for a valve guide to leek even after fitting a new seal?
I appreciate a worn guid may wear out seal quickly,but would have thought it would not leek straight away

Im starting to think my head may be crack[on the bike]
The engine is still together,is there a way of diagnosing this without taking it apart.
Or whats the way to find out? are special tools need?

with all plugs same color,it could be jets but you need to get voltage to coils at 11 volts before play with anything else
