Re: Back after a while

Hi Mally,
Good to see you have made it back onto here at last, welcome. This will make a change to all the RD chat of recent months.
Beautiful Z900 you have by the way, it must have a lot of tales to tell after 45 years....you beat my 41 years of owning the same bike

Just took a look on zed-parts website.
Great lead, must admit I've never heard of them before. I'll give them a try.
Cheers. Lads.

Re: Partzilla

I'm after 4 x front brake caliper to fork leg mounting bolts (flanged head) M10 x 41, part number 92001-1355, and 1 x brake piston, part number 43020-1096.
I want all as OEM parts, bolts can be used but good as I'll re-plate them. Top quality stainless piston considered.
Cheers

Re: Partzilla

Thanks Guys,

They were the only place showing stock of what I wanted, so probably bollocks given your experiences.

No longer available at other places. Oh well, I'll track them down eventually.

Thanks for replying.

Partzilla

As per subject line, does anyone have information regarding using Partzilla? Where are they based, are they reliable, do they have sensible shipping charges etc?
Thanks for any feedback given.

Re: Mikuni Identification help

Just checked my J3 carbs, and apart from the caps which are pressed steel on the J3 and not cast as on earlier models they look like yours but off a J1 or J2. No identification code to be seen though.

Re: Eddie Lawson Resto Mod

Excellent work going on there. I have this task to complete on my bank of carbs. I'm more nervous about this job than pulling the motor apart. Any lessons learned/tips gratefully received.
Cheers
