Paintwork has now been finished, went with the Zed Blue, white and gold stripes with the bottom of the fairing being black. Really happy with how it has turned out.

Been at it again on the fairing! Thought all was good until I did another trial fit and found that the rear part of the exhaust was now hitting the rear part of the belly pan and the collector box was hitting the bottom of the fairing! Checked and double checked and spent hours trying to refit them,...

All the panels have now been rubbed down and a couple of coats of primer applied :)

Heres the electrics, just some brackets to make and everything to test then she will be stripped, cleaned, coated, painted, polished and put back together :roll:

Thank you Adrian, Heres some pictures, had a go at fibre glassing and was really chuffed with the results. My mate then put some primer on them, so they just need the final colour scheme :D Gave up on the electrics and sent them to a fella who wires race cars, well chuffed with the results. Then aft...

Evening all, Bit of an update sorry its taken nearly a year but, she's alive! :D Gave up with the electrics and paid someone to do the complete job, did a show wining job at that which is what I wanted. Tried to start her and she went but not good, checked the dyna pick up and the three screws were ...

Been nearly a year but I'm back on with the electrics, moved house, had a big crash in New Zealand and ended up in hospital for a week (bloody Hodnas), sold most of my bike due to the new house having no room and bought an old SAAB 96 from a nice chap in Scotland! Other than that same old same old :D

Having a RD350LC, RD500LC, RZV500LC, RG500 and NS400 I would really recommend the little NS400, better ride and build quality is superb. I think the NS is the next bike to go up in value, I also have a RD250 and 350 YPVS which are also great and another bike to consider along with the RGV250. Saying...

Had a meet with the electric wiz kid and he's wired everything!
He can start this weekend if I'm not collecting the bikes, bought another RG500 which is a cheapy!
