I have a 77 kz1000 with 6mm single disc on left side which i believe is standard going to upgrade it to twin discs, i have 2 x 4.5mm . can i use just one 4.5mm disc to save on the work or is it best to change both discs. magik did you notice any probs when you were running with 2 different size discs

how to put engine bolt back on ...?
have put on on front crash bars , but having trouble putting the lower front engine bolt/nut back on ... this is the one that is sort of, triangle shape. but with rounded ends and not right angles. the bolt goes through the plate and the nut slips on under the engine, but the exhaust is in the way ....

have a set of 1977 carbs ,(off bike) and want to adjust the synch screws so all valve throttles are the same height in the carb. manuals states 0.7mm/0.028 in clearance from bottom of carb bore to throttle slide ,its suggest using a wire under it and adjusting nuts silly question time .... is this ...
