Re: Chrome plating
Hi, For a few years I've been using a guy called Aaron Walkinshaw at Chrome & Classics, based in Hinckley not too far from you. He's done lots of bikes for me (and my mates) been pleased with the price and quality - he's an honest guy to deal with. He's just done my rims and mudguard (see pic - ...

Re: Tank sealer
I used Flowliner on my Z900 approx 5 yrs ago, and (so far) it has stood the test of time. Worth mentioning though, is that my tank had some pin hole leaks and the Flowliner slightly blistered the paint were it bled thru - no big issue, and better than a leak :D Also used POR15 Rust Prep and Sealer o...

Re: UK 73 Z1 Paintwork
Steve,
Sean has recently done a couple of Zed paint sets for me: a Z1000a1 & a Z900A4 - I was pleased with both jobs.
He's also very competititive on price which is nice
Cheers Tim

Lockdown Z900 refresh
I've had my Z900 for about 9 years and she was needing a bit of a refresh: lockdown arrived and cocked up all planned ride outs- so was an ideal time to tidy her up. Had a couple of paint defects to resolve so turned her a lovely shade of the unpopular "brown", and she had the (wrong) 72-7...
