Re: Bikes For Sale

Nice bikes Bill - would love the H2a: will get one one day, but need to finish a project (or two) before I can fit another bike in my garage.
Cheers Tim.

Re: Need Respray to A1 on this

Just out of intetrest I recently got a quote from Dream Machine to do mine in Candy Sky Blue, Ive used them before and notwithstanding the negative comments I had heard Ive been pleased with the ...

Re: KZ1000A1

Made a little progress with the A1: all electrics working, timing spot on (new Dyna S fitted), a bit of powder coating, refurbed the switch gear and harness, fitted new tyre, chain, sprocket, sprocket guard, battery, cables, total rebuild of rear brake, and few hours with the Scotchbrite pads and Qu...

Dyna S ignition on Z1000a1 - gremlin

hi, just fitted a new Dyna S2 Ignition system to my Z1000a1 resto, all went well until I came to try the "light test" to confirm firing and my light stays on all the time, irrespective of where the pick up / bobbin is on the timimg cam. Its installed as per instructions and "Youtube i...

Timing / Points Cam Z1 - Z1000A1

Hi, bit of a long shot but does anyone have a spare "Points Cam" for a Z1000A1: ive got the timing auto advancer and full points / condenser set but sadly missing the points cam. I believe its a common OEM part on the Z1, Z900 & Z1000A1 models - but they seem hard to find :( . Please P...

KZ1000A1

Just started a retso on my latest project - a US Zed Thou A1, a lot of TLC needed, but one day she will be back to her former glory: trying to keep as much as original as poss as chrome and frame are in good condition. Hard to believe she is road legal, even DVLA played a blinder and sorted the firs...

Re: Secret Hodna breaks cover

TT100's - have to agree - :eek :ghostface - I fear the worst. Previous owner fitted them approx 5yrs ago and did a total of 8 miles on her since that time: I reckon a pair of BT45's will be on her by Spring - but will try the TT's first. Andrew, my mate has a mint K2 that he has owned for 35+ years ...
