Re: Basso silencers
I also just found out that what I thought was a complete system for that price isn't. You have to pay an extra ,135 euros for the link pipe, clamps and heat shields. Tha whole deal is a total rip off. There customer service is atrocious, sometimes they reply mostly not. I have asked several times fo...

Just done my valve clearance Z1000a1. Fitted a new gasket (aftermarket) put the cam cover on and the camshafts are hitting the cover and lifting it haven't had this before. Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do.

Z1000 Air filter
Has anybody experienced this. I bought an aftermarket air filter from Z power but it is to long for the filter housing and I can't get the top lid to fit. The part number for the air filter housing is for a Z1000. Are the Z900 filters the same. I've bought aftermarket filters before when I had my Z1...

Re: Z1000 exhaust flanges
Thanks for the reply
It's just I got a set of Z900 ones from a friend but the bolt holes are 6mm and I need 8mm for my Z1000. So if they fit all I need to do is drill them out to 8mm and that will make them fit my bike. But I will also look into the ones at Z power
Thanks again

Z1000 exhaust flanges
Can anyone tell me if the Z900 exhaust flanges with the 6mm bolt holes will fit the Z1000 if i were to drill the holes out to 8mm as they look the same and there looks like there's enough meat on them to drill them out.
Thanks

Thanks

Re: Mixture screws
Thanks for that Kev
The thing is they show both the screws on the same parts diagram, on CMSNL thats why I was asking and I found a place that sells them for 8 Euros a piece but wanted to be sure before I bought them.

I know I can buy the diaphragm from NRP but do I need to fit the check valve as well and do I need to fit them too the other bowles as well....
