Got to agree with Chris , the guy I use is a coded aircraft welder for 28 years at British Airways. Jez the welded, as I call him, top bloke. He does all my welding then I machine/ fettle it back to original. Buzzard@thebuzzworkz

Re: CNC parts being made.
Chris, it's all about the amount you have made to get the price down hut you know that, it's abit borderline but if you make enough the price comes down considerably, at the moment I'm looking at 12 sets but that's still a load of money. It's the same with the engine brackets. Just trying to get som...

I'm having some parts CNC made by Fastec Racing, some oil cooler pipe take off parts, £100 to £150, just interested if anyone would want to purchase some, price is very dependant on quantities so I'm just seeing if there's any demand. Re: 6mm crankcase bolts
Afternoon Warren, I'm restoring a Z1A 900 to original condition, unfortunately the engine was previously assembled using Allen screws, so what I'm after is any length 6mm thread crankcase/sump bolts, the type that are 10mm head with the built in washer, from 25mm length up to the very long ones 116m...
