Do the metal clutch plates go smooth side in or out?
Can anyone advise what Kawasaki would have installed day 1?

Hi I have a set of original Z1 4 into 4 exhausts with KH1 900 Z1 /750 Z2 stamped on all 4 pipes. They were refurbished about 10 years ago and are still in good condition except for one that has a blister on the silencer which i was going to get looked at. Thanks for reply My pipes had the cover to hide the welds but i didn't put them back on because they looked great when i got them back. Thought i should re visit this topic after a week of investigations into the authenticity of my pipes. Im still not 100% but feel a little more comfortable with my findings. Ok new plug fitted and all good. well nearly! the neutral light decided to play up and doesn't come on
checked in neutral
checked lamp with new and the lamp is ok
checked the 2 wires brown and red/green and they look ok
is it something simple?

Ok the inevitable happened and the wires in the male plug came out leaving only the white attached!
