I've a used but very good condition Motad 4-2 system that is just sat about doing nothing. Suitable for the A4 and Z1000 i believe. Handy winter set or for running project. £150 ono. Collection from Leyland Lancs.

I love my dremmel. Had to cut the bearing shells out of my ZX10 as there was no where to get a bar on to.

Seem to remember just knocking mine out with a bar of some sort, seemed fairly easy too.

If I remember i'll get a pic put up, however it just looks like a small spark plug hole, no ceramics at all and it sheared clean with the hole.
