Back in the workshop today manage to rebuild swing arm with new roller bearings and sleeve, had more trouble getting swing arm to fit in frame than fitting bearings, swing arm must have tightened slightly with bracing. Yes drilled a small hole under the lift up flap that is used to open cap. Rain cant get in from here.

Went to Griffs today and picked up wheels, frame, swing arm & rest of powder coated parts. Nicks done a superb job. Be careful. I have used tough black as a touch up on an engine had a petrol leak paint reacted. make sure you use engine paint
