I have tried using good rock bands at our rallies, and I believe Hobbo has as well, but few people seem interested in the bands, but prefer the drinking and talking bollix. That said if the weather is good and there are sufficient numbers a band outside might be a good pull, for those of us who app...

Just a thought...are you using a slave fuel feed or the main tank...if the main tank have you got the filler cap open? If the breather hole in the cap is blocked the fuel can dribble down to the float bowls but can't really keep up with the demands of a running engine (yes, happened to me yonks ago ...

they are a great all round bike but some of our older mature customers used to complain of back ache & pain in the wrists. so we used to fit a riser kit from a German company that allows you to use conventional handlebar's . we used Kawasaki er 500 bars which raised the riding position about 65...

Z1-B arrives in Aylesbury to cheering crowds

Well my Mum cheered to see the back of it.

The whole bike (in bits) has now arrived at my Aylesbury domicile and I shall be commencing fiddlin' abaht wiv it next weekend.

I would post some pictures if I could work out how to get them into a post! Anyone advise?

Cheap ZZR1100 wanted - now sorted - thanks to all

Does anyone know of a relatively cheap ZZR1100 for sale. I'd like it as a runabout for Z1OC meets etc while I'm rebuilding my Z1B. I need a good runner in reasonable cosmetic condition (I can't afford to run two rebuilds at the same time). Prefer an early model if poss. Many thanks for your time.
