Re: fork damper tool z900a4 z1000a

Nope, used the same on two 77 650's which are round. the factory tool, four sided, actually cuts into the round tube to hold it. The broom handle mashes to friction fit.

Re: fork damper tool z900a4 z1000a

I just use a broom handle sharpened to a four sided chamfer then cut off the pointy last half inch or so. whack the handle down the fork and use a hex impact driver on the hex head bolt. Never had one that wouldn't undo that way.

Hi Guys,
Anyone know the size of E clip that fits the top of the choke plunger? Apparently they don't work so well when in several bits! VM26's if it makes a difference.

Close up pics of the carbs and details of exhaust and air filter type will help us give you the correct ...

Re: Z650 Hydraulic Clutch?

Not sure about a hydralic clutch but im pretty sure the twin worm drive unit for the h1, 2 & kh's is an easy conversion. Making the clutch twice as light. Just dont know if its still available anywhere? Sure someone on the triples club forum would be able to give you details.

Re: Z900 rear brake light (outage) switch

I would imagine they would. Internally I would think they would be identicle and its unlikely KHI would use a different circuit to one they have on other bikes already in use. Probably just a wire colour change :?:
