That makes sense, but it doesn't explain why a picture that shows UTRW on my desktop uploads USD to the forum. Saved and cleaned to within an inch of their lives, now what to do with them. Leaning towards a mahogany stand and using as a paper weight :D

Thanks for the offer but I've sorted it now. Just a bit scary doing it. Was hoping for an easy answer but bit the bullet.
Answer, Use the smallest milling piece I have put it in a Dremel and cut a slot and use a small impact driver.

Save a set of VM26ss airscrew

Guys, Been given a set of Very clean VM 26's to try and save. PO has had a go at removing the airscrew and totally buggered it.
Any idea's on how to remove whats left? It's soaking in penetrating fluid at the moment.

My 900 hardly ever gets used and last time I forgot to drain the bowls or run with the tap off until it cut out. When I used it last week fuel pissed out the overflow on all four carbs. Im guessing that the float hinges or needles got gummed with fuel residue and the floats were stuck with the needl...

I know and have used a guy near me by brands hatch in kent. He mostly does top brand car bits n pieces. He's 'done some bits for me and a few mates in the tripples club. I can pm his details if of use.

Yep, I know, I already have a b caliper but the mount bracket difference for it doesn't look enough to compensate for the leg lug difference. Just making sure I have the correct usable bits to hand before starting the task. That kit is for 6 hole discs, I'll be using a 4 hole hub with a 4 hole 296 d...
