Oh and for better or worse, turns out my Z1A was owned by Henry Cole and featured his show. Him and Millyard 'did it up' and then posed about a bit for the cameras.

Fuel taps passing fuel when off is common. OEM taps degrade and even the new repro ones are junk and pass.

BTW. The bike didn't come with a toolkit or owners manual.
I've managed to make up a toolkit.
Does anyone have an owners manual they'd sell? Not looking for anything mint, tatty will suit the patina of the bike.
